How is Ferry VN different from contracting each operator directly?
Instead of separate contracts, deposits and reconciliation with every operator, you use one Ferry VN account to check schedules, pick seats, issue tickets and manage finances across every operator on the platform.
Do I need a large deposit?
No. Ferry VN doesn't require the large deposits operators usually ask of agents. You top up as you sell; qualified agencies can get a credit line.
Can I issue tickets outside office hours?
Yes. Tickets are issued automatically in the evening and on holidays too. Issuance time depends on the operator and is shown when you select a voyage.
Can a round trip use two different operators?
Yes. Pick the outbound leg from one operator and the return from another in a single order; passenger details are entered once or scanned from an ID card.
How do I integrate the API?
Start with the developer guides at docs.ferry.vn and the reference at api.ferry.vn/docs. Authentication uses an API key in the Authorization header. Our UAT environment issues real tickets, so test voyages are agreed with our team first.
Which plan includes a branded booking website?
Professional and above. The site uses your domain, logo and colours, and orders flow straight into your dashboard.
