The B2B Dashboard is Ferry VN's software for agencies and ticket offices to sell tickets from many high-speed ferry operators on one account. Staff search voyages, pick seats and issue tickets; administrators manage customers, credit, prices and sub-agents.

How do agencies book tickets on the Dashboard?
Staff open Orders, choose Create Order and go through four steps: pick the voyage, pick seats and enter passengers, pay, issue. The e-ticket with a QR code is ready to download right after issuing.
- Voyage table shows free seats, filtered by time window and vessel type
- Pick seats directly on the vessel's seat map
- Round trip in one order, legs can be on different operators
- Passengers from Excel, ID number or a photo of the ID card
- Series tickets, VAT invoices, discounts and voucher codes

How do sub-agents and credit lines work?
A parent agency creates sub-agents on the Dashboard, in a network of up to 4 tiers. It grants credit lines of up to 100M₫*, subject to review, so a sub-agent can issue tickets when its balance is short.
- Five-step wizard: legal details, logo, email, admin account, template prices
- Each agency gets its own slug.ferry.vn address, logo, colour and font
- Total credit granted downstream never exceeds the parent's available line
- Top up by VietQR; parents review transactions and reconcile debt
- Deactivate a sub-agent to lock all of its accounts

How do agencies set selling prices and surcharges?
In Fees and Offers, administrators create rules that raise or lower ticket prices by a fixed amount or a percentage, applied to the agency itself, selected sub-agents or all of them.
- Limit by weekday, validity period, seat class, ticket type, operator
- Example, Phú Quốc Express: NET 450,000 VND plus 20,833 VND sells at 470,833 VND
- Check price shows the price before and after a rule, before activation
- Show a surcharge as its own line or hide it from customers
- Export and import JSON to copy a price list to sub-agents

How do agencies manage customers and vouchers?
The Customers page keeps the agency's passenger directory, with order history and balance for each customer. The Vouchers page creates codes as a percentage or a fixed amount.
- Filter customers by source, group and type
- Search by name, email or phone, or create a profile inside the order
- VietQR code for customers to top up, or deduct by reconciliation
- Record a debt when the balance is short; order becomes Paid (debt)
- Vouchers carry usage limits, validity and conditions; see orders that used them

What can an agency do when a voyage is sold out?
Staff press Ticket Alert on a full voyage and enter how many tickets to watch. The system checks availability every 30 minutes, free of charge, and notifies staff once enough tickets are free.
- Ticket Alerts page filters by voyage code, creation date, status, requester
- Update the count, switch an alert on or off, or delete it
- Schedule by day, week, month or timetable, filtered by route and operator
- Quick search with Ctrl + K: orders, transactions, customers, leads
- Layout fits a phone screen

Five steps from receiving the account to issuing the first ticket.
- 01
Receive the agency account
Ferry VN or the upstream agency creates your organisation and hands over your own Dashboard address, an admin account and an initial password.
- 02
Sign in and change the password
Sign in with the email you were given and switch to the agency's own password (at least 6 characters).
- 03
Check balance and credit, then top up
Review the balance and credit line before issuing. To top up, transfer to the upstream agency's account using the VietQR code.
- 04
Create staff accounts
The administrator creates accounts for ticket-desk staff, online advisers or accountants and assigns suitable roles and permissions.
- 05
Create orders and issue tickets
Go to Orders, choose Create Order, find the voyage, pick seats, enter passengers, check the order, then pay and issue.

Frequently asked questions
Who can use the Dashboard and how are permissions set?
Ticket staff search voyages, create orders, apply discounts and look after customers; administrators run balances, staff, fee schedules and integrations. Three roles exist: Administrator, Manager and Staff, with detailed permissions across 13 function groups.
What is the maximum credit line, and is it real money?
Up to 100M₫*, granted after review. It is not real money and cannot be withdrawn: it is only an amount an agency may spend first and pay later. Each update sets a new value rather than adding to the old one.
Are customer bank transfers reconciled automatically?
Yes, through SMS Banking. The agency sets up the receiving bank account; when a customer transfers with a valid payment code, the order is reconciled and its status updated. The OnePay gateway works if the agency has its own OnePay integration account.
How does the Dashboard issue VAT and electronic invoices?
When booking, staff tick Issue VAT and enter the invoice email and tax code; the system fills in the company name and address. Administrators connect MISA meInvoice in Settings; the E-Invoices menu looks up B2B, B2C and received invoices.
Can an agency use its own domain and branding?
Yes. Each agency has a changeable slug.ferry.vn address, or attaches its own domain under General Settings. The Appearance tab uploads a logo and favicon and sets the font and brand colour for the Dashboard and sign-in page.
Where can an agency see revenue and profit?
On the Statistics page: revenue, profit and tickets for the agency and its sub-agents, with a date filter, sub-agent ranking and Excel export. The order list also filters by status, route and staff member and exports to Excel; reports expire after 24 hours.
What does an agency see when an operator issues slowly?
The schedule shows a label with the time needed to issue. After staff press issue, the order moves to Awaiting issue; staff wait for the stated time while the system receives the ticket from the operator and attaches it to the order.
How are series wholesale tickets booked?
The Dashboard supports series wholesale tickets from operators such as Phú Quốc Express, with counts following the operator's advance orders. Wholesale seats are coloured separately on the seat step. Each sub-order takes either all wholesale tickets or all regular tickets.
